Release base papers for self-adhesive graphic laminates

Silco^TM Flat is a specialized range of clay-coated release base papers for self-adhesive laminates used in offset printing, wide-format graphics and sign making.

Silco^TM Flat are two-side coated ultra-flat and ultra-smooth release base papers. These become an ideal backing layer for thin self-adhesive vinyls, when coated with silicone by laminate producers, ensuring excellent print quality and accurate plotter cutting.

The extremely smooth texture of Silco^TM Flat prevents any “orange peel” effect on the printed vinyl film, resulting in a brilliant and impeccable finish.

The possible application of such self-adhesive films include reflective
road signage, the decoration of vehicles and retail and building branding.
All Silco^TM grades set benchmark performance standards with any silicone
system: solvent free, solvent and emulsion, UV.
